Parents and guardians are expected to do their part in enforcing regularity and discipline.
Ensure your child is present in the campus before 8.30 a.m. Main gate will be closed at 8.35 a.m. Students will not be allowed to enter the campus after 8.45 a.m. Therefore, proper mode of conveyance should be arranged for ‘pick and drop’ in time.
For reasons of security/safety, Lunch or Snacks etc., should be provided every child in the morning itself. Lunch delivery, under special circumstances, will be allowed only after obtaining the prior permission from the Headmistress.
Make proper arrangements for conveyance of your child to pick and drop in time.
Parents should co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention to their punctuality and discipline. They should take interest in their child’s studies and other activities.
Taking leave during working days is strongly discouraged. Long, regular absences can be a serious hindrance to student’s development because courses tend to be structured in such a way that one unit builds on work done in a previous unit.
If a student is absent from school for day or part thereof, it is the student’s responsibility to catch up on any work that has been missed. This can be done by checking with a fellow class member or consulting with the class regarding the work done, materials issued and homework set.
Also, parents are responsible to make up for the loss of the studies in case of leave taken. The school will expect these students to be at par with the class in every way and that must be ensured by the parents only.
To the best interest of their children, parents are requested to respond readily when they are asked to call on the school authorities and teachers.
Parents must first consult the School calendar, date sheets and other circulars before making enquiries on the phone.
Parents must provide school with correct mobile numbers address and also inform about the changes (if any) so that SMS containing any important messages can be sent to them.
SMS delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service operator and mobile carrier network availability. Non – receipt of the communications will not be accepted as an excuse for failing to comply with the directions contained in it.
Early going of pupils will be allowed only in unavoidable circumstances. The parent/guardian should get permission from the Principal for the early going of his/her child. Any verbal or written request from persons other parents/guardians, will not be entertained.
Parent teachers’ meet is conducted after every unit test and term examination Parent must compulsorily attend the meeting to know the performance of the student.
Parents, guardian and others are not allowed to see the students or interview the teacher during school hours without the permission of the Headmistress.
If there are any complaints, parents are requested to bring them directly to the notice of the Principal, Complaints will not be entertained by phone or any other means.
Remarks/Requests can be made to the Teachers through Parent’s Remarks Sheet provided in this diary for an apt response.
Do not give any money to the servants for looking after your child or for anything. The school is not a place to exhibit luxury. Do not bring many things to distribute to the children on your child’s birthday.
Parents/guardians, threatening the school through various methods, leveling malicious or false allegations or spreading rumors or giving false information which tends to bring into disrepute the school or its employees, or spreading panic among them, might result in the issue of a Transfer Certificate to their ward.
Negative/wrong/non-constructive publicity caused by any student/parent can lead to dismissal of the student.
